Charming stay with cozy vibes
The bar was super chill, and the staff were friendly. Our room had a great view and was really comfy. Just wished there were more dining choices on-site for a late-night snack.

The staff team was courteous and enthusiastic at any time. The location was great, in quiet green area with beautiful walking trails along the Humber river and the interior design was nice. And it was also adjacent to the various areas, the Humber valley and the airport and downtown.

The music in the restaurant and the jazz music that was available. Also liked the fireplace in the room.
If I had not paid up front for the hotel, I would have been charged at the daily exchange rate - which was 2x more than when the room was booked. I had a non-refundable room that would have cost too much.

Had delightful stay for a mini vacation while in town and the weather was warm. The room was luxury and bright for pretty good value, just what we needed. The staff was very good, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. The breakfast was gorgeous as expected with berries, an abundance of food, fruit. Truly enjoyed our stay in this place.

The Old Mill provided a charming stay with a cozy atmosphere improved with elegantly decorated rooms. The bed was comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep, contributing to an overall relaxing experience. The nearby Humber River walk offered a serene escape, while the staff were attentive, going out of their way to accommodate our needs.
The on-site dining options were limited .

The old inn & spa offers a real romantic environment for couples, and a very european atmosphere.

The Old Mill is a culinary gem! Dinner on the terrace was a dream, with friendly staff and fine river views. Plus, the cozy King Room was spacious and perfect for unwinding after a day out. Talk about a Toronto fairy tale!
A bit of a bummer, the dining options were limited, and the much-promoted water feature was out of order. Nonetheless, the overall vibe was great.

Tudor style architecture of different buildings. Yesteryear atmosphere. Nice gardens. Quality continental breakfast. Helpful staff. Enjoyed watching various weddings.
Difficult to find front entrance to hotel reception.

Staff was super nice. The Homesmith Bar was really a comfortable Bar and the Bartender Michelle was great. It was also great that Continental breakfast was part of our package and staff made us feel very welcome at breakfast unlike places where it feels kind of pressured when the breakfast is included.rooms were extremely comfortable and ambiance of the whole place was very nice and a had a european feel to it.
Only downside was the construction of a condo going on across the way.

Spacious and comfortable room with an inviting, old-world charm. The location near a lovely river offers scenic views and great access to public transportation. Dining options felt limited, and while breakfast was good, it came at a higher price than expected. The staff were mixed. Some were excellent while others seemed a bit detached.
